To provide future projects we are always looking for potential development sites within South Yorkshire and surrounding counties. If you have, or know someone who has land with development potential within our region, Greenfield or Brownfield, with or without planning permission, please contact our office.
We work close with you on achieving satisfaction for both parties, throughout our land acquisition process:
- We will initially arrange to meet you at the site and give an initial development appraisal.
- If we think your site/land is of development potential, we will produce an initial scheme with our in house architectural team.
- An appraisal will be produced to ascertain a competitive land value.
- We would then submit our most competitive offer in writing.
- If you accept our offer we will then proceed with a full planning application and legal work, towards a successful purchase of your property.
